ബ്രഡ് കൊണ്ട് വളരെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഒരു കിടിലൻ വിഭവം | Garlic Bread Toast Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Bread 8 slices
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Butter 3 tbs
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 3/4 tsp
  • Salt
 Method:
  • Mix together butter, grated garlic,  oregano, chilli flakes, coriander leaves and salt
  • Apply this to both sides of bread slices
  • Transfer this to hot pan
  • Cook both sides until crisp and golden
  • Serve hot

Ingredients:
  • Onion 2 big
  • Spicy chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Besan 1cup
  • Rice flour 2 tbs
  • Salt as needed
Method:
  • Slice onion lengthwise
  • Add rest of the ingredients and rub everything very well
  • Heat up oil 
  • Add small portions and fry until golden and crisp
  • Drain from oil and serve hot

ചപ്പാത്തി കൂടുതൽ സോഫ്റ്റാവാൻ ഈ സൂത്രം പ്രയോഗിക്കൂ | Soft Chapati Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Ghee 2 tsp
  • Salt
Method:
  • Add 2 tbs flour in a sauce pan
  • Add 1/2 cup water to this
  • Stir & cook until thickened
  • Add ghee and salt to this
  • Pour this hot mix to the rest of the flour and mix thoroughly
  • When the mix is warm enough to touch add more water and knead to a smooth dough
  • Cover and rest the dough for minimum 20 minutes
  • After 20 minutes divide the dough into small portion and shape them into smooth balls
  • Now roll them into thin circles
  • Transfer them to hot pan and cook until golden spots appear on both sides
  • Keep them in a casserole until served

ആരോഗ്യവും ആയുസ്സും കൂട്ടാൻ തവിട് ഉള്ള അരി കൊണ്ട് ദോശ | Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Red rice 2 cups 
  • Urad dal 3/4 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
  • Red rice flakes 1 cup
  • Salt 
Method:
  • Wash rice well and soak for minimum 4 hours
  • Wash urad dal and fenugreek seeds  once and soak for 4 hours
  • Soak rice flakes for 10 minutes
  • First grind urad dal and fenugreek seeds using dal soaked water
  • Grind dal to a smooth batter
  • Transfer to a big vessel
  • Grind rice to a slightly coarse batter
  • Pour this to the batter bowl
  • Mix everything well
  • Keep in a warm place to ferment the battter
  • Once the batter is fermented prepare dosa
  • You can make soft dosa or crispy dosa according to your preference

പക്കാവട | കൊക്കുവട ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം | Pakkavada Kerala Recipe | Kokku Vada Recipe


Ingredients :
  • Rice flour 1 cup (140g)
  • Besan 1 1/2 cups (140)
  • Tapioca flour 1/2 cup (100g)
  • Spicy chilli powder 1 tbs
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1tsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tsp
  • Ajwain powder 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp (10g)
Method:
  • Combine all the  ingredients
  • Add water little by little and make dough
  • Fit the pakoda plate into the mould
  • Grease it
  • Fill the prepared dough
  • press the dough into the hot oil in a circular pattern
  • Fry till both sides are crisp and golden
  • Once it is ready drain from oil 
  • Repeat this until all of the dough is finishes
  • Store them in an air tight container

ഒരു സ്പെഷ്യൽ ദോശ റെസിപ്പി | Paneer Dosa Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Dosa batter
  • Paneer 200g
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Green chilli 3
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 3/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves

Method:
  • Heat up oil in a pan 
  • Add onion and green chilli
  • Saute till onion turn golden
  • Add ginger and garlic
  • Saute for 1 minute
  • Add tomato and salt
  • Cook till tomato become soft
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala
  • Stir for one minute
  • Add paneer and coriander leaves
  • Mix everything well 
  • Turn off the flame
  • Spread a ladle of dosa batter on hot tawa
  • Brush some ghee on top
  • Cook till it turn crisp and golden
  • Spread some cheese on top if you prefer
  • Add the prepared filling as required
  • Fold from one side
  • Serve hot with chutney

മീൻ കറി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം | Meen Curry Recipe | Kerala Style Fish Curry


 Ingredients :
  • Fish 750g
  • Shallots 5 (30g)
  • Ginger a big piece (20g)
  • Garlic 5 cloves (5g)
  • Green chilli 4
  • Chilli powder 1 1/2 tbs (12g)
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kudam puli 16g
  • Thick coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
 Method:
  • Heat up 3 tbs coconut oil in a pot
  • Add mustard seeds and fennel seeds
  • Add chopped shallots, green chilli and curry leaves
  • Stir for 1 minutes
  • Add ginger and garlic
  • Stir until shallots turn goldeng
  • Add chilli powder and turmeric powder
  • Stir for a few seconds
  • Add soaked kudam puli and enough water
  • Add salt
  • Allow this to boil
  • Add fish pieces
  • Cover and cook until fish pieces are soft
  • Add coconut milk and bring to boil
  • Finally add 1 tsp coconut oil and curry leaves
  • Turn off the flame
  • Serve after 30 minutes

തേച്ചു കുഴയ്ക്കാതെ വീശിയടിക്കാതെ സോഫ്റ്റ് പൊറോട്ട | Soft Layered Parotta | Kerala Parotta Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Maida 300g
  • Sugar 1 tbs (15g
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Baking soda 3 pinches
  • Milk 165 ml (3/4 cup)
  • Curd 1 tsp (12g)
  • Oil 1 tbs 
 Method:
  • Mix together all the ingredients 
  • Shape into a ball and keep aside for 15 minutes
  • After 15 minutes shape it again to make it smooth
  • Cover and allow to rest for 2 hours
  • After 2 hours divide it into 7 equal parts
  • Shape them into smooth balls
  • Pour 3 tbs of oil over the balls 
  • Allow them to rest for 20 minutes
  • After 20 minutes roll the balls and make a thin sheet
  •  Brush some oil and sprinkle some flour 
  • Stretch from one end to form pleats
  • Roll it and allow to rest for 20 minutes
  • After 20 minutes of rest roll into circle
  • Transfer to hot tawa and cook both sides
  • Store in a casserole
  • Pile 3 parotta together and compress to separate the layers
  • Serve with favorite curry

ചില്ലി മഷ്റൂം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം | Chilli Mushroom Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Mushroom 200g
  • onion 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Green chilli 3
  • Garlic 1 tbs
  • Ginger 1/2 tbs
  • Spring onion
  • Coriander leaves
  • Soya sauce 1 tbs
  • Red chilli sauce 1 tbs
  • Tomato sauce 1 tbs
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt & pepper as needed
 Method:
  • Heat up 2 tbs of oil in a pan
  • Add chopped garlic, ginger and white part of spring onion
  • Stir for 30 seconds
  • Add mushrooms and green chilli
  • Stir for 3 minutes
  • Add cubed capsicum and onion
  • Stir for 2-3 minutes
  • Add salt and pepper as needed
  • Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and sugar
  • Add 2 tbs of water
  • Stir for 1 minute
  • Finally add spring onion and coriander leaves
  • Serve hot

കള്ളപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം | Kallappam Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Rice flour 2 cups
  • Grated coconut 2 cups
  • Sugar 3 tbs
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Shallots 3
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
Method:
  • Take 3 tbs of rice flour in a vessel
  • Add 1 1/2 cups of water 
  • Stir and cook till it is thick
  • Add sugar and salt to this and mix well: Allow this to cool.
  • Grind together coconut, shallots, cumin and yeast to a smooth paste
  • Add this paste to the prepared roux
  • Add 3/4 cup of water
  • Add rice flour to this mix
  • Stir and combine everything well
  • Grind this again to make it smooth; Batter should not to be too thick or too thin.
  • Pour the batter to a big vessel
  • Cover and keep in a warm place for 3-4 hours
  •  Once it is fermented, heat a tawa
  • Pour one ladle full of batter and spread a little (do not make it too thin)
  • Once bubbles appear on top cover and cook till it is done
  • The soft and fluffy kallappam is ready
  • Serve with your favorite curry.

നെയ്യപ്പം പെർഫെക്റ്റായി എങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം | Neyyappam Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Raw rice 1 1/2 cups (380g)
  • Jaggery 250g
  • Baking soda 3 pinches
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 6 pods
  • Ghee 1 tbs
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup (60g)
 Method:
  • Soak the rice for minimum 4 hours
  • Grind rice to smooth paste along with salt and cardamom seeds
  • Transfer this to a large bowl
  • Melt the jaggery along with 1/4 cup of water
  • Turn off the flame when the syrup is thick
  • Filter the syrup directly into the rice paste
  • Simultaneously stir well
  • Add wheat flour and make a thick batter of flowing consistency
  • Add cumin, sesame seeds, baking soda and ghee
  • Mix well
  • Heat up oil/ghee in a deep kadai
  • Pour a ladleful of batter to the hot oil
  • Deep fry until it reaches a light brown colour
  • Remove from oil
  • Repeat the same with remaining batter
  • Serve the neyyappam as a tea time snack

ചിക്കൻ ബൺ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം | Chicken Bun Recipe


Ingredients:
 For the dough:
  • Maida 300g
  • Water 160ml
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbs (15g)
  • Butter 2 tbs (20g)
  • Milk Powder 1 tbs (10g)
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
 For filling:
  • Chicken 300g
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Curd 1 tbs
  • Chilli powder 3/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Giger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chilli 3
  • Onion 1
  • Cabbage a small piece chopped
  • Carrot 1 small
  • Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
Method:
 Filling:-
  • Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder and curd
  • Keep aside for 20 minutes
  • Now, heat up some oil in a pan
  • Add sliced onion and green chilli
  • Stir and cook until the onion turns soft
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala
  • Stir for a few seconds
  • Add marinated chicken and stir on high flame for 5 minutes
  • Add 2 tbs water 
  • Cover and cook for 2 minutes
  • Now add cabbage and carrot 
  • Stir for 2 minutes
  • Finally add coriander leaves and kasoori methi
  • Turn off the flame
  • Set aside to cool completely
Bread dough:-
  • Combine all the ingredients for the dough
  • Knead for 3 minutes
  • Keep aside for 1 1/2 hours
  • Again knead lightly
  • Divide into 10 equal pieces
  • Shape each pieces into balls
  • Roll them into a circle
  • Place filling as needed; You can add some cheese if you like.
  • Close the edges
  • Arrange in a baking tray
  • Keep aside for 45 minutes
  • Now give egg wash
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top
  • Bake at 190 degree Celsius for 22 minutes
  • Take out from oven
  • Serve warm with tea

മട്ടൻ ഉലർത്തിയത് | Mutton Fry Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Ginger 20g
  • Garlic 30g
  • Green chilli 4
  • Chilli powder 1 3/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbs
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 3/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder 3/4 tsp
  • Shallots 200g
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves
 Method:
  • Cook mutton with crushed ginger & garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder, pepper powder, coriander powder,chilli powder and garam masala
  • Heat up some coconut oil in a pan
  • Add shallots and curry leaves
  • Stir and cook till the shallots turn soft
  • Add cooked mutton along with gravy
  • Cook on high flame till the gravy is dried
  • Then reduce flame to low and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or the mutton pieces turn light brown in colour; Stir occasionally.
  • Finally add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Delicious mutton fry is ready to serve.

മത്തങ്ങാ കൊണ്ട് നല്ല കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുമോ | Pumpkin Cake Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Pumpkin puree 300g
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil 120g
  • Sugar 150g
  • Curd 60g
  • Wheat flour 250g
  • Cashews 20g
  • Pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • Flax seeds powder 1 tbs (optional)
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp (4g)
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp (2g)
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Transfer to a baking dish
  • Bake at 170 degree Celsius for 60 minutes or a toothpick inserted at the centre of the cake comes out clean
  • Once done, take out from the oven
  • Remove from the pan
  • Allow to cool completely
  • Slice and enjoy

ഉള്ളി സാമ്പാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം | Ulli Sambar | Kerala style recipe


Ingredients:
  • Toor dal 80g
  • Tomato 2 (200g)
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida a small piece (3g)
  • Tamarind 10g
  • Shallots 150g
  • Green chilli 2
  • Garlic 5 cloves (5g)
  • Coriander leaves
  • Sambar powder 3 tbs (30g)
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Method:
  • Cook the dal along with one tomato, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt and 1 cup of water and keep aside.
  • Soak the tamarind in 1 cup of water
  • Heat some oil in a vessel
  • Saute shallots, green chilli and curry leaves till the edges of shallots become golden
  • Add crushed garlic and stir for a few seconds
  • Add chopped tomato and add 1/2 tsp salt
  • Stir for 2 minutes
  • Add sambar powder and stir for a few seconds
  • Add tamarind juice to this
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add cooked dal to this
  • Add 1 more cup of water
  • Adjust salt
  • Allow this to boil
  • Add coriander leaves
  • Turn off the flame
  • Add some coconut oil in a pan
  • Crack some mustard seeds
  • Add fenugreek seeds, dried red chillies and curry leaves
  • Pour it over the curry
  • Serve after 30 minutes for better taste

ബേക്കറിയിൽ കിട്ടുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ നല്ല മുട്ട പഫ്‌സ് ഈസിയായി വീട്ടിലുണ്ടാക്കാം | Egg Puffs Recipe



Ingredients:
 For sheet :-
  • Maida 250g
  • Butter 100g
  • Cold water 115 ml
  • Sugar 1 tsp (5g)
  • Salt 1/4 tsp (3g)
  • Ghee 1 tbs (15g)
 For filling (egg puffs):-
  • Boiled eggs 
  • Onion 2 
  • Green chilli 3
  • Curry leaves 1 sprig
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Ginger 1" piece
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 3/4 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt
 Method:
  • Cut butter into 4 equal pieces and make each butter to 3" square pieces; Keep them in freezer.
  • Make dough by combining together flour, water, salt, sugar and ghee
  • Keep them in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes of rest, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces
  • Shape them into balls
  • Roll each ball into a square into a 5" squares
  • Place cold butter blocks on it diagonally and cover with dough
  • Roll them into a rectangle of size 9"x4.5"
  • Fold it (refer video) and keep in freezer for 20 minutes or till the butter is cold and firm enough to roll again
  • Repeat rolling and folding two more times
  • Do this for all four portions 
  • Finally your puffs pastry sheets are ready; You can use it for making puffs with your favorite filling
 To make egg puffs:
  • Heat up oil in a pan
  • Add sliced onion, green chilli and curry leaves
  • Once it turn into golden, add crushed ginger and garlic and stir for 2 minutes
  • At this stage add turmeric powder, pepper powder and garam masala
  • Add salt as needed
  • Turn off the flame and allow this to cool
  • Once it is done, take out prepared puffs pastry sheets from refrigerator
  • Roll them to a rectangle of 8"x4"
  • Place filling and sliced egg
  • Fold it
  • Give egg wash
  • Bake at 250 degree Celsius for 10 minutes and then at 200 degree Celsius for 14 minutes

കപ്പലണ്ടി മിട്ടായി ( കടല മിഠായി ) പെര്‍ഫെക്റ്റായി എളുപ്പത്തില്‍ വീട്ടില്‍ത്തന്നെ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം | Kappalandi Mittai | Kadalai Mittai Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Roasted peanut 1 1/2 cups (250g)
  • Jaggery 200g
  • Ghee 2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
 Method:
  • Add jaggery to a saucepan
  • Add 1/4 cup
  • Heat up melt jaggery
  • Filter the syrup and transfer to a heavy bottomed pan
  • Boil the syrup till it reach soft crack stage*
  • Add peanut and mix well
  • Transfer to a greased tin
  • Level the mix
  • Allow to cool down completely
  • Once cool cut into pieces and enjoy
* To check the consistency, drop a little syrup to a bowl with water; The first stage will be soft ball stage. This is not the stage what we are looking for. Continue heating and repeat checking by dropping syrup to water. When it reach hard ball stage, it will hold its shape but will not be brittle. Continue to cook for a little while .When it reaches the right consistency, it will harden immediately when drop into the water and forms a brittle. If you have a thermometer, heat the syrup till it reaches a temperature of 135 degree Celsius.

ഡിങ്കിരി ഡോൽമ | Dhingri Dolma Recipe


Ingredients;
  • Mushroom 200g
  • Paneer 180g
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chilli 2
  • Ginger a small piece
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Cumin 1/4 tsp
 Method:
  • Heat up oil in a pan
  • Add cumin followed by onion and green chilli
  • Stir and cook till onions turns golden
  • Add chopped ginger and crushed garlic
  • Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Add salt
  • Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes
  • Add chilli flakes, turmeric powder and garam masala
  • Add grated paneer and cook for 2 minutes
  • Finally add coriander leaves and serve hot

തേങ്ങാ ചേർക്കാതെ നല്ല പാലപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കാം | Palappam Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Roasted rice flour 2 cups (400g)
  • Sugar 3 tbs (45g)
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Milk powder 3 tbs (30g)
 Method:
  • Take 3 tbs rice flour to a heavy bottomed vessel
  • Add 1 1/2 cups of water to this
  • Stir and cook this until thickened
  • To this add sugar , salt and 2 cups of water
  • Check the temperature of the mix
  • If the mix is warm enough add yeast and rice flour
  • Mix well
  • Add milk powder
  • Add 1 cup of water and mix well
  • Transfer this to a mixer jar and grind  for a few seconds
  • Transfer to a big vessel
  • Cover and set aside for fermentation (1 1/2 - 2 hours)
  • When batter is ready, pour enough batter to appachatti and cook for 2 minutes
  • When the edges become light golden color, remove from pan
  • Serve appam with favorite curry

ഗോതമ്പുപൊടി കൊണ്ട് പഞ്ഞി പോലെ സോഫ്റ്റ് ഹണി റോൾ | Honey Roll Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Whole wheat flour 60g (6 tbs)
  • Corn flour 20g (2 tbs)
  • Eggs 5
  • Sugar 80g
  • Milk 40 ml (2 tbs+2 tsp)
  • Oil 40ml (2 tbs+ 2tsp)
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Vinegar 10ml (2 tsp)
  • Honey
 Method:
  • Mix together wheat flour, corn flour and salt; Keep this aside
  • Separate white and yolk of eggs
  • To the white add vinegar and begin to beat
  • Once it begin to froth, add 40g of sugar in 3 batches
  • Beat the whites till it reaches stiff peak; Keep this aside
  • To the yolks, add 40g sugar and vanilla essence
  • Beat well until it become creamy
  • Add milk and oil
  • Now add flour mix and combine well
  • To this add 1/3 portion of meringue
  • Fold in gently
  • Now add this to the remaining meringue
  • Combine gently
  • Transfer this batter to a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Spread the batter evenly
  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius till the top is golden brown
  • Take out from oven
  • Remove from tray
  • Allow this to cool for 10 minutes
  • Spread honey on it
  • Roll it
  • Cut and serve after 1 hour

Ingredients:
  • Green peas 2 cups

 Method:
  • Cook green peas and potato along with salt and turmeric powder
  • Heat up oil in a pan
  • Add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom
  • Add sliced onion and saute until golden
  • Add crushed ginger, garlic green chilli and curry leaves 
  • Saute for 2 minutes
  • Add tomato and cook until very soft
  • Add turmeric powder, pepper powder and garam masala
  • Add cooked peas
  • Grind together coconut and fennel seeds to a smooth paste
  • Add this to the mix
  • Add more water to adjust thickness
  • Turn off the flame when it begin to boil
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves
  • Serve with appam or chappathi

ഒരു തനി നാടൻ വിഭവം


Banana flower - Cow pea Stir fry
 Ingredients:
  • Banana flower (kodappan) 1 (finely chopped)
  • Cow pea (vanpayar) 1 cup (soak for 8 hours)
  • Shallots 4
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 2 sprigs
  • Pepper powder 1 pinch
  • Mustard seeds
  • Salt
  • Coconut oil
 Method:
  • Pressure cook soaked pea along with salt
  • Keep this aside
  • Heat up some coconut oil and crack mustard seeds
  • Add crushed shallots and garlic, and curry leaves
  • Stir until the shallots turn golden
  • Add turmeric powder and chilli flakes
  • Stir for a few seconds
  • Add chopped banana flower 
  • Stir well, add salt as needed
  • Cook covered on low flame for 2 minutes
  • Add in cooked pea and mix well
  • Sprinkle some pepper and coconut oil
  • Turn off the heat
  • Nutritious banana flower - cow pea stir fry is ready to serve

മക്കൾക്ക് കഴിക്കാൻ ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഒരു പുതിയ ഐറ്റം | Carrot Cardamom Roll Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Carrot 1 (120g)
  • Egg 1
  • Milk 2 tbs (30g)
  • Sugar 3 tbs (45g)
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbs (30g)
  • Maida 325g (2 1/4 cups)
 For filling:-
  • Brown sugar 50g
  • Butter 50g
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
  • Grind together carrot and milk
  • Transfer to a bowl
  • Add rest of the ingredients
  • Combine well
  • Knead the dough for 10 minutes
  • Allow to rest for 1 1/2 hours
  • Once the dough is double in size, press and degas the dough
  • Roll the dough to a rectangle shape (18"x15")
  • Apply butter on the dough sheet
  • Mix together brown sugar and cardamom
  • Spread this over the dough sheet
  • Roll this and cut into equal sized pieces (1 1/2" - 2")
  • Arrange them in a baking dish (tin size 8x8 inches)
  • Allow to rest for 35 - 40 minutes 
  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 28 minutes
  • Take out from oven
  • Allow to cool
  • Delicious carrot cardamom roll is ready to serve

ജാം ബട്ടർ ബ്രഡ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം | Jam Butter Bread Recipe


Ingredients:
 Dough:-
  • Maida 325g (2 1/2 cups
  • Sugar 45g (3 tbs)
  • Instant yeast 4g (1 tsp)
  • Ghee 30g (2 tbs)
  • Salt 4g (3/4 tsp)
  • Milk 150ml
  • Egg1
  Filling:-
  • Butter 50g
  • Jam 5 tbs
Method:
  • Combine together all the ingredients 'for dough'
  • Knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth
  • Allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes
  • After that roll out it into a rectangle shape (16x12)
  • Apply butter and jam
  • Cut into small pieces (according to loaf tin size)
  • Arrange them in loaf tin
  • Allow to rest for 1 1/2 hours 
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degree Celsius for 32 minutes
      or the internal temperature is 92 degree Celsius
  • Take out from oven
  • Allow to cool completely
  • Delicious butter jam bread is ready to serve.
