Ingredients:
- Dosa batter
- Paneer 200g
- Onion 2
- Tomato 1
- Ginger 1 piece
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Green chilli 3
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 3/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat up oil in a pan
- Add onion and green chilli
- Saute till onion turn golden
- Add ginger and garlic
- Saute for 1 minute
- Add tomato and salt
- Cook till tomato become soft
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala
- Stir for one minute
- Add paneer and coriander leaves
- Mix everything well
- Turn off the flame
- Spread a ladle of dosa batter on hot tawa
- Brush some ghee on top
- Cook till it turn crisp and golden
- Spread some cheese on top if you prefer
- Add the prepared filling as required
- Fold from one side
- Serve hot with chutney
