Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe | How To Make Professional Ice Cream At Home


Vanilla Ice Cream

  Ingredients :

  • full fat milk - 1 litre
  • sugar - 100 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • milk powder - 50 g
  • glucose syrup - 50 g
  • cmc powder - 1/4 tsp
  • gms powder - 4 tsp (15 g )
  • vanilla extract - 2 tsp

 Method :

  • boil the milk
  • once it is boiled reduce the flame and simmer it until 25% is reduced. Stir occasionally so that it doesn't get burnt; it may take around 30 miutes on low flame to reach the desired consistency
  • when it is ready transfer 1/2 cup of milk into another bowl and allow it to cool
  • add cmc powder,gms powder and milk powder into the cool milk and pour this mix into the previous milk 
  • add sugar,glucose syrup and butter 
  • turn on the flame and bring this to a slight boil
  • then turn off the heat and the ice cream base is ready now
  • allow this to cool down copletely
  • when it is cool pour into a freezer safe container and keep in the freeezer until partialy set
  • the whipping capacity of the mix will be more when it is cool
  • take out from the freezer and pour the cool mix into a bowl 
  • add 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • beat this for 6 - 7 minutes until the volume increases to 50 - 75 %
  • pour into the container and keep in freezer for 8 hours
  • delicious homemade icecream is ready to serve
  • you can add different flavours to the ice cream base according to your taste

The Best Burger Buns You'll Ever Make


Burger Bun

 Ingredients :

  • all purpose flour (maida ) - 300 g ( 2 cups + 2 tbs )
  • salt - 3/4 tsp ( 4 g )
  • instant yeast - 1 tsp
  • luke warm milk - 130 ml ( 1/2 cup + 1 tsp )
  • soft unsalted butter - 2 tbs ( 30 g )
  • sugar - 2 tbs (30g )
  • egg - 1 (50 g )

 Method

  • mix together flour and salt and keep aside
  • into a mixing bowl add all other ingredients except butter and mix well
  • add flour into this and combine everything very well
  • now knead the dough for 6 - 7 minutes
  • allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes
  • now add butter into it and mix until the the butter is completely absorbed by the dough
  • then allow the dough to ferment until double in size ( about 1 - 1 1/2 hours )
  • once it is ready ,degas the dough by pressing it
  • divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape into balls
  • arrange them on a baking tray
  • cover and rest the balls to puff up ( 45 minutes )
  • give egg wash and sprinkle some white sesame seeds
  • bake in preheated oven at 190 degree Celsius for 20 - 22 minutes
  • take out from oven and allow them to cool completely
  • soft burger bun is ready to use
