Ingredients:
- Pork 1 kg
- Chilli powder as 1 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 3/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tsp + 2 tbs
- Red chilli sauce 1 tbs
- Tomato sauce 2 tbs
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 2 1/2 tbs
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Spring onion
- Finely chopped garlic 2 tbs
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbs
- Green chilli 4
- Cook big pieces of pork along with salt and turmeric powder
- Cut the cooked pieces into thin strips
- Marinate the pork with ginger garlic paste, salt, chillli powder, pepper, 2 tsp soya sauce and egg
- Keep aside for minimum 30 minutes
- Deep fry the marinated pieces until crisp
- Heat up 2 tbs of oil and add chopped garlic, chopped ginger and green chilli
- Stir and cook on high flame for 2 minutes
- Add onion and stir for 2 minutes
- Add capsicum and stir for 1 minutes
- Add fried pork and mix well
- Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce , vinegar and 3 tbs of water
- Mix very well and finally add spring onion
- Serve hot
