Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Ghee 2 tsp
- Salt
- Add 2 tbs flour in a sauce pan
- Add 1/2 cup water to this
- Stir & cook until thickened
- Add ghee and salt to this
- Pour this hot mix to the rest of the flour and mix thoroughly
- When the mix is warm enough to touch add more water and knead to a smooth dough
- Cover and rest the dough for minimum 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes divide the dough into small portion and shape them into smooth balls
- Now roll them into thin circles
- Transfer them to hot pan and cook until golden spots appear on both sides
- Keep them in a casserole until served
