Ingredients :
- Rice flour 1 cup (140g)
- Besan 1 1/2 cups (140)
- Tapioca flour 1/2 cup (100g)
- Spicy chilli powder 1 tbs
- Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1tsp
- Fennel powder 1 tsp
- Ajwain powder 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp (10g)
- Combine all the ingredients
- Add water little by little and make dough
- Fit the pakoda plate into the mould
- Grease it
- Fill the prepared dough
- press the dough into the hot oil in a circular pattern
- Fry till both sides are crisp and golden
- Once it is ready drain from oil
- Repeat this until all of the dough is finishes
- Store them in an air tight container
