Chicken Salad
Try this crunchy, colourful and healthy salad..you are really going to love it..
Ingredients :
- chicken 300 g
- salt
- pepper powder as needed
- lemon juice
- ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- thick curd/yogurt - 1 cup
- apple cider vinegar - 1 tbs
- carrot (thinly sliced) - 1 medium
- cucumber (chopped) - 1 medium
- spring onion chopped - 2 tbs
- capsicum sliced - 2 tbs
- cabbage chopped - 1/2 cup
- tomato ( sliced) - 1 medium
- apple (chopped) - 1
- pomegranate - 3 tbs
- coconut flakes - 2 tbs
- roasted peanut - 3 tbs
Method
step 1 : preparing chicken
- marinate the chicken pieces with salt, pepper powder and lemon juice
- keep it aside for 15 - 20 minutes
- then cook them along with 1/4 cup of water
- when they are done, allow them to cool down
- cut them into small pieces
step 2 : salad dressing
- add 1 cup of curd/yogurt into a bowl
- add in salt, pepper powder and apple cider vinegar
- mix very well, salad dressing is ready
step 3 : assembling
- add in rest of the ingredients into the salad dressing
- add in chicken pieces
- mix very well
- quick and healthy salad is ready to serve
