Cake Rusk
Ingredients :
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Baking powder – ½
tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Unsalted butter at room temperature – 100gm
Sugar powdered – ½
cup
Eggs - 3

Method
Step 1 : baking
Preparation of cake
tin
- Brush butter in a 7 inch cake tin and line with butter paper and again apply butter
- Keep aside
Preparation of cake batter
- Whisk together butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add in 3 eggs one at a time and mix well
- Sieve wheat flour, baking powder and salt into the wet mix
- Pour into the prepared cake tin
Baking
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degree C
Step 2 : toasting
- Allow the cake to cool completely
- Slice them
- Arrange in a baking tray
- Keep in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree C
- Then turn them and again keep for 10 minutes
- Then take them out and let them cool to get crunchiness
- Delicious tea time snack is ready to serve
