Egg Kebab
Ingredients :
- boiled potatoes - 2 medium
- hard boiled eggs - 4
- chopped onion - 2 tbs
- garlic cloves - 3 chopped
- ginger - a small piece chopped
- coriander leaves chopped - 1 tbs
- chilly powder - 1 tsp
- garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt as needed
- bread crumbs - 4 tbs
- lemon juice - 1tbs
Method
- grate the potatoes and eggs into a bowl
- add in rest of the ingredients and combine well
- knead into a soft dough
- apply some oil on hands and shape them
- deep fry/shallow fry until get golden brown colour
- drain onto snack napkin
- serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney
