Ingredients:
- Red rice 2 cups
- Urad dal 3/4 cup
- Fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
- Red rice flakes 1 cup
- Salt
- Wash rice well and soak for minimum 4 hours
- Wash urad dal and fenugreek seeds once and soak for 4 hours
- Soak rice flakes for 10 minutes
- First grind urad dal and fenugreek seeds using dal soaked water
- Grind dal to a smooth batter
- Transfer to a big vessel
- Grind rice to a slightly coarse batter
- Pour this to the batter bowl
- Mix everything well
- Keep in a warm place to ferment the battter
- Once the batter is fermented prepare dosa
- You can make soft dosa or crispy dosa according to your preference
