Cheese Garlic Bread Without Oven
Ingredients:
bread slices - 4salted butter - 2 tbs(*see notes)
minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
grated cheese - 1/2 cup
chilly flakes - a few
pepper powder - a few
dried herbs (oregano/coriander leaves/mint leaves/Italian herbs)
Method
step 1
- mix the minced garlic with butter and combine well- apply it on one side of the bread slices
- spread the grated cheese generously
- sprinkle some chilly flakes,pepper powder and dried herbs
step 2
- heat up the garlic flavoured butter on a tawa- place the bread slices
- cover it and cook on low flame till the cheese melt and sides become crisp
- transfer into the serving plate and serve with tea
*Notes
- use butter which is at room temperature- if using unsalted butter add a little salt to the butter
