Ingredients:
- Mushroom 200g
- onion 1/2 cup
- Capsicum 1 cup
- Green chilli 3
- Garlic 1 tbs
- Ginger 1/2 tbs
- Spring onion
- Coriander leaves
- Soya sauce 1 tbs
- Red chilli sauce 1 tbs
- Tomato sauce 1 tbs
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt & pepper as needed
- Heat up 2 tbs of oil in a pan
- Add chopped garlic, ginger and white part of spring onion
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Add mushrooms and green chilli
- Stir for 3 minutes
- Add cubed capsicum and onion
- Stir for 2-3 minutes
- Add salt and pepper as needed
- Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and sugar
- Add 2 tbs of water
- Stir for 1 minute
- Finally add spring onion and coriander leaves
- Serve hot
