Ingredients:
- Raw papaya 200g
- Cold milk 2 cups
- Sugar 4.5 tbs or as needed
- Cardamom 3 pods
- Cashew nuts 10
- Ice cubes
- Cherry to garnish
- Peel and cube the papaya
- Pressure cook this along with 1/4 cup of water for 1 whistle
- Open the cooker when the pressure settles
- Allow the papaya to cool
- Transfer this to a blender jar and blend along with rest of the ingredients
- Transfer this to serving glasses and garnish with chopped cherry or nuts
