Ingredients:
- Cooked rice 4 cups
- Carrot 1
- Cabbage a small piece
- Beans 10
- Onion 1
- Green chilly 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Cashew nut 30g
- Soya sauce 1tbs
- Vinegar 2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Cardamom 4
- Cinnamon a small stick
- Cloves 2
- Sajeera 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Heat up 2 tbs ghee and 1 tbs coconut oil in a kadai
- Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and sajeera
- Add cashews and stir till they turn golden
- Add sliced onion and green chilly
- Stir and cook for 2 minutes
- Add chopped beans and stir for 2 minutes
- Add Julienned carrot and stir for 1 minute
- Add thinly sliced cabbage and stir for 1 minute
- Add salt, sugar and pepper
- Combine well
- Add cooked rice, soya sauce and vinegar
- Fry for 2 minutes
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves
- Rice is ready!!
