Ingredients:
- Chicken 250g
- Salt
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Kasoori methi 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Onion 3 tbs
- Capsicum - red, yellow and green, 2 tbs each
- Curd 1 tbs
- Bread slices
- Butter
- Cheese 100g or as needed (I used blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheese)
- Marinate the chicken with salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, kasoori methi, ginger garlic paste and curd
- Keep aside for minimum 30 minutes
- Then heat up some ghee in a pan
- Add the marinated chicken and cook on high flame for 4 minute; Then cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame
- Open the lid and add onion and capsicum
- Stir for 1 minute more
- Add coriander leaves and turn off the flame
- Roll the bread slices and cut using a round cookie cutter
- Apply butter on each pieces
- Take a cupcake tray and grease each pits
- Insert the bread slices
- Bake at 200 degree Celsius for about 8 minutes until they are crisp and golden
- Take out from the oven and fill with the prepared filling
- Add cheese on top
- Garnish with chopped bell pepper
- Bake at 200 degree Celsius for about 8 minutes until the cheese melts
- Take out from oven and serve hot
