- Chicken 1 kg
- Spicy chilli powder 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes 4 tsp
- Ginger 20g
- Garlic 30g
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Curd 4 tbs
- Fennel seeds 1 tbs
- Egg 1
- Red food color 3 drops (optional)
- Rice flour 3 tbs
- Corn flour 3 tbs
- Salt 2 tsp
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except rice flour and corn flour and keep in refrigerator for 3-4 hours
- Then add rice flour and corn flour and mix well
- Deep fry in hot oil and serve hot
