Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 1/2 kg
- Salt
- Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
- Spicy chilli powder 2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Tomato 2
- Onion 3 (fried)
- Butter 50g
- Tomato sauce 1 tbs
- Marinate chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and curd and keep aside for minimum 1 hour
- After that add tomato puree, fried onion, tomato sauce and butter to the chicken and combine well
- Cook this on medium heat until chicken pieces are done
- Take a burnt charcoal in small bowl and place it at the center of the pot; Pour 1/2 tsp of ghee over the charcoal. Keep covered for 10 minutes.
- Serve this delicious smoked chicken curry with chapati, bread or rice
