Ingredients:
- Mushroom 400g
- Garlic 30g
- Onion 1 (75g)
- Butter 3 tbs (45g)
- Chilly flakes 2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
- Heat up butter in a pan
- Add finely chopped onion and fennel seeds
- Stir till the onion turn transparent
- Add mushroom and finely chopped garlic
- Stir and cook for 5 minutes
- Add salt and cook till the moisture evaporates
- Add chilly flakes, pepper and coriander leaves
- Stir again for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
- Delicious garlic mushroom is ready to serve
