Ingredients :
- Milk 1 cup (250ml)
- Thick coconut milk 1 cup (250ml)
- Coconut water 1 cup (250ml)
- Condensed milk 1 cup (300g)
- China grass 10g
- Soak the china grass in 1/2 cup of water for 15 minutes
- Mix together milk and condensed milk and keep aside
- After 15 minutes, add the soaked china grass to a saucepan
- Pour the coconut water
- Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, till the china grass get dissolved
- Add the milk-condensed milk slowly
- Stir continuously and bring to a boil
- Now turn off the gas
- Add the coconut milk and combine well
- Transfer this to a mould and allow this cool down to room temperature
- Then cover it and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight
- Your delicious coconut pudding is ready.
- Cut into desired shape
- Serve cold.
