Banana Pancake
Ingredients:
- Well ripened banana 200g
- Whole wheat flour 1 cup (130g)
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda 3 pinches
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Egg 1
- Sugar 3 tbs (45g)
- Milk 1 cup (240ml)
- Ghee / Melted butter 1 tbs (15ml)
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Grind together banana, egg, sugar and milk
- Pour this to a bowl
- Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- Combine this with the wet mix gently
- Add ghee and vanilla essence and mix
- Heat up a pan on medium heat
- Pour ladleful of batter
- Cook for 2 minutes till bubbles appear on top
- Flip and cook for 1 minute more
- Remove from pan and repeat the same with the remaining batter
- Serve the pancakes hot
