Ingredients:
- Maida 300g
- Milk 200 ml
- Sugar 2 tbs (30g)
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Instant yeast 1 tsp
- Butter 3 tbs (45g)
- Mix together all the ingredients and make a shaggy mass off dough
- Keep covered for 10 minutes
- Knead for 5 minutes until dough become soft and elastic
- Again allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes
- Divide the dough into small equal sized pieces
- Shape each pieces into smooth balls and arrange them on a baking tray
- Allow the dough to ferment until double in size
- Then bake at 190 degree Celsius for 20 - 22 minutes
- Take out from oven and remove from the tin
- Allow the buns to cool down
- Soft and tasty buns are ready to serve
