മുട്ട ചേർക്കാതെ പഞ്ഞി പോലെ സോഫ്റ്റ് ബൺ | Soft Bun Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • Maida 300g
  • Milk 200 ml
  • Sugar 2 tbs (30g)
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 tsp
  • Butter 3 tbs (45g)
Method:
  • Mix together all the ingredients and make a shaggy mass off dough
  • Keep covered for 10 minutes
  • Knead for 5 minutes until dough become soft and elastic
  • Again allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes
  • Divide the dough into small equal sized pieces
  • Shape each pieces into smooth balls and arrange them on a baking tray
  • Allow the dough to ferment until double in size
  • Then bake at 190 degree Celsius for 20 - 22 minutes
  • Take out from oven and remove from the tin
  • Allow the buns to cool down
  • Soft and tasty buns are ready to serve
