Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs 5
- Onion 2
- Green chilli 3
- Garlic 7 cloves
- Pepper powder
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Add 1 tbs coconut oil in a pan
- Add some pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt
- Add the eggs and fry both sides for a few seconds
- Remove from pan and keep aside
- Add 2 tbs oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden
- Add crushed garlic, green chillies and curry leaves
- Stir and cook for 2 minutes
- Add pepper powder, garam masala, cumin powder and turmeric powder
- Stir for a few seconds
- Add some water and let it boil
- Add the fried eggs and cook for 1 minute
- Quick and easy egg pepper fry is ready to serve
