Ingredients:
- Maida 250g
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Instant yeast 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 5 tbs (75g)
- Water 95g (3/4 cup + 1 tbs)
- Mix all ingredients and knead for 2 minutes
- Allow this to rest for minimum 2 1/2 hours
- Shape the dough using wet hand
- Deep fry on low flame until they get light brown color (12-15 minutes)
- Serve with tea
