Ingredients:
To marinate:-
- Prawns 200g
- Curd 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garlic 15 - 20 cloves
- Garlic a small piece
- Spicy chilli powder 1 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek powder 2 pinches
- Tamarind juice 1 tsp
- Cashews 5
- Salt as needed
- Marinate the prawns with salt, turmeric powder and curd
- Keep aside for 10 minutes
- Grind together all the ingredients listed under 'for masala', along with some water
- Heat up some coconut oil and add the ground masala
- Add some curry leaves
- Stir and cook for 3 minutes
- Add the marinated prawns and stir on high heat for 3 minutes
- Easy and tasty prawns roast is ready to serve.
