Ingredients:
- Ragi flour 1 cup (150g)
- Rice flakes 1/2 cup (20g)
- Sugar 6 tbs (90g)
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Instant yeast 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom 4 pods
- Grind together all the ingredients along with 1 cup of water
- Keep aside for fermentation (about 2 1/2 hours)
- Transfer the batter into a greased tin
- Steam for 15 minutes
- Take out from the steamer and allow to cool completely
- Slice and enjoy!
