Ingredients;
- Maida 200g (around 1.5 cups)
- Baking powder 2g (1/2 tsp)
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Milk powder 5g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 90g (6tbs)
- Butter 100g
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Egg 50g (1)
- Mix together maida, salt, baking powder and milk powder
- Beat butter and egg until creamy and fluffy
- Add egg and vanilla essence and mix well
- Add flour mix and combine well
- Divide the dough into small portions weighing 20g each
- Give them a disc shape and arrange on a baking tray
- Place chopped almonds on top and press gently
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 20 - 25 minutes
- Take out from the oven and allow them to cool completely
- Delicious almond cookies are ready!
