Ingredients:
- Broccoli 200g
- Onion 1
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tbs
- Coriander leaves
- Heat up oil and butter in a pan
- Add onion and saute for 4 minutes
- Add finely chopped garlic and stir for 2 minutes
- Add chilli flakes and stir until the color changes
- Now add broccoli and 1-2 tbs of water
- Stir occasionally and cook until broccoli florets are tender
- Finally add coriander leaves and turn off the flame
- Nutritious broccoli stir fry is ready
