Ingredients:
For cooking beef:-
- Beef 1kg
- Onion 1 small (75g)
- Ginger 10g
- Garlic 15g
- Green chilli 15g
- Curry leaves
- Chilli powder 1tsp
- Pepper powder 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Onion 2 (200g)
- Tomato 2 (200g)
- Ginger garlic green chilli crushed 1tbs
- Curry leaves
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Mix together all the ingredients listed under 'for cooking beef'
- Pressure cook until the beef is tender
- heat up some coconut oil in a pan
- Add onion and sauté till golden
- Add crushed ginger-garlic-green chilli and curry leaves
- Sauté for 2 minutes
- Add tomatoes and cook until mushy
- Add powdered masalas except garam masala
- Stir for 2 minutes
- Add cooked beef and mix well
- Cover the pan and cook on low flame till oil appear on top
- Finally add garam masala and coriander leaves
- Serve hot with chappathi, appam or puttu
