എളുപ്പത്തിലൊരു മീൻകറി | Easy Fish Curry Recipe

 



Ingredients:

  • Fish 500g
  • Ginger 1 big piece (15g)
  • Garlic 5 cloves (15g)
  • Green chilli
  • Kudam puli 2 pieces (15 g)
  • Spicy chilli powder 2 tsp (6g)
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp (3g)
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp (15g)
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Method:
  • Heat 3 tbs of coconut oil
  • Add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds
  • When they begin to splutter add crushed ginger-garlic-green chilli and curry leaves
  • Saute until the colour changes 
  • Next add turmeric powder and chilli powder
  • Stir for a few seconds and then add kudam puli soaked water
  • Allow this to boil

  • Once begin to boil add salt and fish pieces
  • Cook for 4 minutes
  • Finally add some fresh curry leaves
  • Allow the curry to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving for better result 
  • Serve this delicious fish curry with rice or mashed tapioca
