പക്കാവട | കൊക്കുവട ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം | Pakkavada Kerala Recipe | Kokku Vada Recipe


Ingredients :
  • Rice flour 1 cup (140g)
  • Besan 1 1/2 cups (140)
  • Tapioca flour 1/2 cup (100g)
  • Spicy chilli powder 1 tbs
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1tsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tsp
  • Ajwain powder 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp (10g)
Method:
  • Combine all the  ingredients
  • Add water little by little and make dough
  • Fit the pakoda plate into the mould
  • Grease it
  • Fill the prepared dough
  • press the dough into the hot oil in a circular pattern
  • Fry till both sides are crisp and golden
  • Once it is ready drain from oil 
  • Repeat this until all of the dough is finishes
  • Store them in an air tight container
