Ingredients:
To marinate:-
- Soya chunks 1.5 cups (100g)
- Curd 2 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tsp
- Spicy chilli powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- Kasoori methi 1 tsp
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Onion 2 (200g)
- Tomato 2 (175g)
- Garlic 10 cloves (10g)
- Green chilli 4
- Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tsp
- Spicy chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Fresh cream 2 tsp
- Cashew nuts 10-12
- Capsicum cubed 1/4 cup
- Onion cubed 1/4 cup
- Boil 1 liter water
- Add salt and 3 crushed garlic cloves
- Add soya chunks and boil it for 6 minutes
- After 6 minutes transfer to normal water and allow to cool
- Once they are cool , squeeze out gently to remove the excess water
- Prepare a marinade by mixing all the ingredients listed under 'to marinate'
- Add the cooked soya chunks and mix well
- Keep aside for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes, heat up 2 tbs of coconut oil
- Add the marinated soya chunks
- Stir & cook on high flame for 4 minutes
- Add cubed capsicum and cubed onion
- Stir for 2 minutes
- Turn off the heat and keep aside
