Ingredients:
- Eggs 4
- Onion 1 (100g)
- Tomato 1 (75g)
- Green chilli 3
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Pinch of cumin seeds
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Crack eggs into a bowl
- Add salt and beat the eggs
- Heat up some coconut oil in a pan
- Add cumin seeds and let them crack
- Add chopped onion
- Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add green chilli and stir for 1 minutes
- Add tomato and salt
- And stir till the tomato is soft
- Add beaten egg and stir and cook for a few minutes
- Add coriander leaves, pepper and garam masala
- Stir well and serve hot
