Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 1 (350g)
- Onion 1 (100g)
- Garlic 10 cloves (10g)
- Green chilli 2
- Curry leaves 2 sprigs
- Pinch of cumin seeds
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Fennel powder 1/8 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Heat 2 tbs coconut oil in a pan
- Add cumin seeds followed by sliced onion
- Sauté for 4 minutes
- Add crushed garlic, curry leaves and green chilli
- Stir and cook for 2 minutes
- Add turmeric powder, chilli flakes and pepper powder
- Stir for a few seconds
- Add Cauliflower and salt
- Combine well and cook on low heat until the cauliflower florets are soft
- Finally add pepper power, fennel powder and coriander leaves
- Delicious cauliflower pepper fry is ready to serve.
