Ingredients:
To cook beef:-
- Beef 1kg
- Ginger -garlic- green chilli crushed 1 tbs
- Curry leaves
- Onion 1
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder 3/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Shallots 15
- Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
- Ginger -garlic-green chilli crushed 1tbs
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Pressure cook the beef along with all the ingredients listed under 'to cook beef'
- Cook till the excess moisture get evaporated
- Heat up some coconut oil in a pan
- Add fennel seeds followed by shallots
- Stir for a few seconds
- Add ginger-garlic- green chilli crushed and curry leaves
- Add chilli flakes, chilli powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder
- Stir for a few seconds
- Add cooked beef
- Stir and cook on low flame for about 20 minutes till the beef get a dark brown color
- Finally add chopped coriander leaves and garam masala
- Delicious beef fry is ready to serve
