Ingredients:
- Sprouted green gram 1.5 cups
- Coconut 1/2 cup
- Shallots 4
- Garlic cloves 4
- Curry leaves 2 sprigs
- Chilli flakes 2 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Coconut oil 1.5 tbs
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cook the sprouted gram along with salt and a little water
- Heat up oil in a pan
- Crack the mustard seeds
- Add crushed shallots, garlic and curry leaves
- Fry till golden
- Add chilli flakes, pepper and turmeric
- Stir for 1 minute
- Add cooked green gram and coconut
- Mix well
- Nutritious green gram thoran is ready
