Instant Rava Dosa Recipe | Crispy Sooji Dosa Recipe



Rava Dosa

 Ingredients :


  • rava/sooji - 1 cup
  • rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped onion - 2tbs
  • green chilly - 2tsp
  • chopped coriander leaves & curry leaves
  • salt
  • curd - 2 tbs
  • water as needed to make a thin batter

 Method


  • mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • make a thin batter of buttermilk consistency
  • let the batter rest for 15 minutes
  • add more water if needed
  • adjust the salt level
  • heat up a tawa
  • keep the flame high
  • mix the batter
  • pour the batter on hot tawa
  • no need to spread 
  • when top side looks cooked spread 1 tsp oil/ghee to make it more crispy
  • cook till the base become golden and crisp, fold the dosa and remove from tawa
  • make dosa with the remaining batter
  • serve hot with your favourite chutney
  • it can be served without any side also
