Ingredients:
Dough:-
- Maida 325g (2 1/2 cups
- Sugar 45g (3 tbs)
- Instant yeast 4g (1 tsp)
- Ghee 30g (2 tbs)
- Salt 4g (3/4 tsp)
- Milk 150ml
- Egg1
- Butter 50g
- Jam 5 tbs
- Combine together all the ingredients 'for dough'
- Knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth
- Allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes
- After that roll out it into a rectangle shape (16x12)
- Apply butter and jam
- Cut into small pieces (according to loaf tin size)
- Arrange them in loaf tin
- Allow to rest for 1 1/2 hours
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degree Celsius for 32 minutes
- Take out from oven
- Allow to cool completely
- Delicious butter jam bread is ready to serve.
