Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour 60g (6 tbs)
- Corn flour 20g (2 tbs)
- Eggs 5
- Sugar 80g
- Milk 40 ml (2 tbs+2 tsp)
- Oil 40ml (2 tbs+ 2tsp)
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Vinegar 10ml (2 tsp)
- Honey
- Mix together wheat flour, corn flour and salt; Keep this aside
- Separate white and yolk of eggs
- To the white add vinegar and begin to beat
- Once it begin to froth, add 40g of sugar in 3 batches
- Beat the whites till it reaches stiff peak; Keep this aside
- To the yolks, add 40g sugar and vanilla essence
- Beat well until it become creamy
- Add milk and oil
- Now add flour mix and combine well
- To this add 1/3 portion of meringue
- Fold in gently
- Now add this to the remaining meringue
- Combine gently
- Transfer this batter to a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Spread the batter evenly
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius till the top is golden brown
- Take out from oven
- Remove from tray
- Allow this to cool for 10 minutes
- Spread honey on it
- Roll it
- Cut and serve after 1 hour
