Ingredients:
To marinate:-
- Beef 400g
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice 2 tsp
- Curry leaves 1 sprig
- Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tsp
- Chilli flakes 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbs
- Beef stock as needed
- Salt as needed
- Curry leaves 2 sprigs
- Green chilli 4-5
- Marinate beef chunks with mentioned ingredients
- Keep aside for 30 minutes
- Pressure cook the marinated beef until 90% is cooked
- Once the beef is cool, cut them into thin and long strips
- Prepare second marination with mentioned ingredients
- Marinate the beef strips with prepared marinade
- Keep aside for 15 - 20 minutes
- Deep fry in hot oil until crisp enough
- Drain from oil
- Fry curry leaves and green chilli
- Add them to the fried beef
- Serve hot
