ഒരു തനി നാടൻ നാലുമണി പലഹാരം | Poruthalada Recipe | പൊരുത്തലട


Ingredients:
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut 2 cups
  • Sugar 4-5 tbs
 Method:
  • Mix flour and salt together
  • Add hot boiling water little by little and make a soft dough
  • Prepare filling by combine together coconut and sugar together
  • Take a small portion of dough and spread thinly on banana leaf
  • Add filling and fold it
  • Transfer to hot pan and cook each side 3-4 minutes
  • Serve with tea
