Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cups
- Curd from previous batch 2tsp
- Boil the milk
- Allow it to cool
- When it is cool enough to touch (46 degree C- 50 degree C) add 2 tsp curd and stir well
- Cover with a lid
- Keep this in a warm place without any disturbance
- It may take 4 hours or more to set depending on the weather
- At this point taste your curd and see if it has enough sourness; If it is right refrigerate and if not let it set for an hour more.
- If you live in a place that is cold, it may take more time to set.
- The more the fat percentage in your milk the thicker your curd will be.
