Ingredients:
- Paneer (Cottage cheese) 200g
- Onion 2 (200g)
- Tomato 2 ( 200g)
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Spicy chilly powder 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilly powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Garam masala 1/2tsp
- Kasoori methi 1 tsp
- Cashew 15
- Fresh cream 1/4 cup
- Cumin 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom 4 pods
- Cinnamon 1 small piece
- Cloves 3
- Pepper corns 1/4 tsp
- Green chilly 3
- Heat up 1 tbs of ghee and 1.5 tbs of oil in a pan
- Add cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and pepper corns
- Add onion and stir till golden in color
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir for 1minute
- Add tomato puri and salt as needed
- Cook till the tomatoes releases oil
- Add powdered spices and cook till the raw smell disappear
- Add cashew paste and stir for 1 minute
- Add 1 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes
- Add fresh cream and cubed paneer
- Add slitted green chilly and cook covered for 2 minutes
- Finally add kasoori methi and garam masala
- Delicious paneer masala is ready to serve
