ചൈനാഗ്രാസ്സോ കോൺഫ്ളവറോ ഇല്ലാതെ ഒരു കിടിലൻ പുഡ്ഡിംഗ് | Caramel Custard Pudding Recipe


 Ingredients:
  • Milk  2 cups (500ml)
  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 4 tbs+ 4 tbs
  • Coffee powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of salt
 Method:
  • Heat up milk in a pan
  • Add 4 tbs of sugar to another pan
  • Heat this sugar along with 2 tsp water, till it become caramel
  • When it become caramel, add the hot milk
  •  Add 4 tbs sugar 
  • Stir and cook till the caramel and the sugar are dissolved
  • Add coffee powder and combine well
  • Turn off the heat and let this cool for 5 minutes
  • Crack 4 eggs to a bowl 
  • Add vanilla essence and salt and mix well
  • Now add the hot caramel milk a little at a time and mix well
  • Strain this mixture and pour into pudding bowl
  • Cover the bowl and steam this on low medium heat for 8 minutes
  • Turn off the heat and open the vessel only after 10 minutes
  • Remove the pudding from the steamer and allow  to cool
  • You can serve this delicious pudding warm or chilled
