Ingredients
- Chicken breast 250g
- Garlic 6 cloves (finely chopped)
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Brown sugar 1/2 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Coconut oil /Olive oil 2 tbs
- Salt
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- Mix all the ingredients and rest for 30 minutes
- Apply 2 tsp oil in a pan
- Place the chicken and cook on med- high flame for 2 minutes
- Then flip and cook for 2 minutes on med-high flame
- Turn again and cook on low - medium flame for 6 minutes
- Turn again and cook on low - medium flame for 6 minutes
- Remove from the pan
- Let it rest for 5 minutes
- Serve with veg salad
