റസ്‌ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം | How To make Rusk At Home


Ingredients:
  • Maida 300g
  • Whole wheat flour 300g
  • Milk 180g
  • Water 200g
  • Sugar 75g
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 60ga
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Method:
  • Mix together all the ingredients and knead for 2 minutes
  • Cover the dough and rest for 10 minutes
  • Again knead the dough for 5 minutes
  • Rest the dough for 10 minutes
  • Then divide it into 6 equal pieces
  • Shape them into log and arrange in a baking tray
  • Allow the dough to ferment for 1 1/2 hours
  • Once the dough is fermented bake at 190 degree Celsius for 20 minutes
  • Take out from oven and allow the bread to cool down completely
  • Slice the bread evenly and arrange in a baking paper
  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 18 minutes
  • When it become golden crisp, take out from oven and allow them to cool
  • Store in an air tight container and enjoy with tea
