Ingredients:
- Maida 300g
- Whole wheat flour 300g
- Milk 180g
- Water 200g
- Sugar 75g
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Instant yeast 1 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 60ga
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Mix together all the ingredients and knead for 2 minutes
- Cover the dough and rest for 10 minutes
- Again knead the dough for 5 minutes
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes
- Then divide it into 6 equal pieces
- Shape them into log and arrange in a baking tray
- Allow the dough to ferment for 1 1/2 hours
- Once the dough is fermented bake at 190 degree Celsius for 20 minutes
- Take out from oven and allow the bread to cool down completely
- Slice the bread evenly and arrange in a baking paper
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 18 minutes
- When it become golden crisp, take out from oven and allow them to cool
- Store in an air tight container and enjoy with tea
