Ingredients:
- Eggs 5
- Tomato 3
- Onion 1
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Butter 2tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Cheese (optional)
- Heat up oil and butter in a pan
- Add onion and saute for 4 minutes
- Add crushed garlic and stir for 2 minutes
- Add tomato and salt
- Cook until soft
- Add chilli powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves
- Stir for a few minutes
- Add 1/4 cup of water
- Make depressions in the gravy and crack eggs into the depressions
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper on eggs
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes
- Open the pan and add cheese
- Cook until the cheese is melted
- Serve hot with bread
