Ingredients:
- Boiled eggs 8
- Onion 4 small
- Tomato 3
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Spicy chilli powder 3 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Cashew 10
- Coriander leaves
- Kasoori methy
- Heat up some oil in a pan
- Add sliced onion and garlic cloves
- Stir and cook until transparent
- Add tomato and needed salt
- Add cashews
- Cook until tomato turn mushy
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala
- Stir for a few seconds
- Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cools down
- When it is cool enough add a little water and grind to a fine paste
- Heat up 2tsp of butter and oil
- Add cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while
- Add the prepared paste and stir to combine
- Add more water to adjust consistency
- Adjust salt
- Cover and cook on low flame until traces oil appear on top
- Add coriander leaves, kasoori methy , 1 tsp of butter and garam masala
- Add boiled eggs
- Cook for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
- Serve after 30 minutes
