ഒരു സ്പെഷ്യൽ മുട്ടക്കറി റെസിപ്പി | Egg Butter Masala Recipe


Ingredients:
  • Boiled eggs 8
  • Onion 4 small
  • Tomato 3 
  • Ginger garlic  paste 2 tsp
  • Garlic 10 cloves
  • Spicy chilli powder 3 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  •  Cashew 10
  • Coriander leaves
  • Kasoori methy 
Method:
  • Heat up some oil in a pan
  • Add sliced onion and garlic cloves
  • Stir and cook until transparent
  • Add tomato and needed salt
  • Add cashews 
  • Cook until tomato turn mushy
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala
  • Stir for a few seconds
  • Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cools down
  • When it is cool enough add a little water and grind to a fine paste
  • Heat up 2tsp of butter and oil 
  • Add cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon 
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while
  • Add the prepared paste and stir to combine
  • Add more water to adjust consistency
  • Adjust salt
  • Cover and cook on low flame until traces oil appear on top
  • Add coriander leaves, kasoori methy , 1 tsp of butter and garam masala
  • Add boiled eggs
  • Cook for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
  • Serve after 30 minutes
