Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Ginger 20g
- Garlic 30g
- Green chilli 4
- Chilli powder 1 3/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbs
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 3/4 tsp
- Pepper powder 3/4 tsp
- Shallots 200g
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Curry leaves
- Cook mutton with crushed ginger & garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder, pepper powder, coriander powder,chilli powder and garam masala
- Heat up some coconut oil in a pan
- Add shallots and curry leaves
- Stir and cook till the shallots turn soft
- Add cooked mutton along with gravy
- Cook on high flame till the gravy is dried
- Then reduce flame to low and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or the mutton pieces turn light brown in colour; Stir occasionally.
- Finally add chopped coriander leaves.
- Delicious mutton fry is ready to serve.
