Ingredients:
- Bitter gourd 1 small (120g)
- Onion 1 small (75g)
- Ginger a small piece (8g)
- Green chilli 3
- Curry leaves
- Curd 1 cup (250 ml)
- Salt as needed
- Heat up coconut oil in a pan
- Crack mustard seeds
- Add onion, ginger, green chilli and curry leaves
- Saute for 2 minutes
- Add chopped bitter gourd and salt
- Stir and cook on medium heat until turn golden
- Add to curd and mix well
- Adjust salt
- Serve with rice
