Ingredients:
- Rice flour 1 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Coconut 2 cups
- Sugar 4-5 tbs
- Mix flour and salt together
- Add hot boiling water little by little and make a soft dough
- Prepare filling by combine together coconut and sugar together
- Take a small portion of dough and spread thinly on banana leaf
- Add filling and fold it
- Transfer to hot pan and cook each side 3-4 minutes
- Serve with tea
