ഒരു തനി നാടൻ നാലുമണി പലഹാരം | Poruthalada Recipe | പൊരുത്തലട


Ingredients:
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut 2 cups
  • Sugar 4-5 tbs
 Method:
  • Mix flour and salt together
  • Add hot boiling water little by little and make a soft dough
  • Prepare filling by combine together coconut and sugar together
  • Take a small portion of dough and spread thinly on banana leaf
  • Add filling and fold it
  • Transfer to hot pan and cook each side 3-4 minutes
  • Serve with tea

ചായക്കൊപ്പം കഴിക്കാൻ ഒരു പുതിയ ഐറ്റം | Egg Pide Recipe | Snacks Recipes


Ingredients:
 Dough:-
  • Maida 300g (2 cups pressed)
  • Water 160 ml
  • Sugar 30g (2 tbs)
  • Salt 5g (3/4 tsp)
  • Instant yeast 3g (1 tsp)
  • Butter 30g (2 tbs )
  • Milk powder 10g (1 tbs)
 Filling:-
  • Eggs 5
  • Onion 1 (100g)
  • Tomato 1 (75g)
  • Green chilli 2 (10g)
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Cumin seeds 1/8 tsp
Method:
  • Prepare dough by mixing all the ingredients listed under 'dough'
  • Knead the dough for 6 -7 minutes
  • Allow this to rest for 1 hour
  • To make filling crack eggs into a bowl
  • Add salt as needed 
  • Beat the eggs very well and keep aside
  • Heat up 2 tbs oil in a pan
  • Add cumin seeds 
  • Add chopped onion and green chilli
  • Stir and cook for 5-6 minutes
  • Add tomato and salt 
  • Stir until tomato is very soft
  • Add pepper and garam masala
  • Add beaten eggs and stir well for 2 minutes
  • Finally add coriander leaves and mix well
  • Filling is ready, keep this aside
  • After 1 hour knead the dough lightly
  • Divide into 8 equal portions
  • Shape them into balls
  • Allow them to rest for 15 minutes
  • Now roll each ball into an oval shape
  • Add 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • Add prepared egg filling
  • Add some cheese
  • Fold the sides and pinch the ends
  • Give egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds
  • Bake at 190 degree Celsius for 15 - 18 minutes
  • Take out from oven
  • Allow them to cool slightly
  • Slice and enjoy

Beef Dry Fry Recipe Kerala Style | Restaurant Style BDF | Beef Chilli | ബീഫ് ഡ്രൈ ഫ്രൈ | ബീഫ് ചില്ലി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം


Ingredients:
 To marinate:-
  • Beef 400g
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lime juice 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 1 sprig
 Second marination:-
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbs
  • Beef stock as needed
  • Salt as needed
 To garnish:-
  • Curry leaves 2 sprigs
  • Green chilli 4-5
 Method:
  • Marinate beef chunks with mentioned ingredients
  • Keep aside for 30 minutes
  • Pressure cook the marinated beef until 90% is cooked
  • Once the beef is cool, cut them into thin and long strips
  • Prepare second marination with mentioned ingredients
  • Marinate the beef strips with prepared marinade
  • Keep aside for 15 - 20 minutes
  • Deep fry in hot oil until crisp enough
  • Drain from oil
  • Fry curry leaves and green chilli
  • Add them to the fried beef
  • Serve hot
